Gift products

If the item was identified as a gift during purchase and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. However, if the item was not identified as a gift during the purchase or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Shipping problem
